4. PRIVACY
- All of the terms and conditions of the GOODJOA Privacy Policy (as defined above), which shall govern all Users of the Website.
- Registration of an GOODJOA Account. You may access most areas of the Website and purchase goods or services offered for sale by GOODJOA to you, including but not limited to through the Website (the “Products”), without registering an account with us, but certain areas and features of the Website will only be available to you if you register for an account (an “ROM AMERICA Account”). If you choose to register for an ROM AMERICA Account, you agree to complete the initial account registration process according to the requirements stated on the Website, and to provide accurate and complete information including, but not limited to, your legal name, and email address.
- Closing an GOODJOA Account. You may voluntarily close your GOODJOA Account at any time by canceling it on the Website or by sending us an email to email in which you request that we terminate your ROM AMERICA Account.
- GOODJOA’s Right to Close GOODJOA Accounts. We have the right to disable any GOODJOA Account at any time upon any of the following events: (1) Your breach of any of the terms or conditions of this Agreement or the GOODJOA Privacy Policy or any other GOODJOA policies that govern the procurement of Products; or (2) Upon the occurrence of any other instance as set forth in the GOODJOA Privacy Policy.
- As a result of the Company exercising any other right it has to terminate this Agreement.
- PURCHASES. Every effort is made to instruct our food production staff on the severity of food allergies. In addition, we label items with possible allergen-containing ingredients; however, there is always a risk of contamination. There is also a possibility that manufacturers of the commercial foods we use could change the formulation at any time, without notice. Customers concerned with food allergies need to be aware of this risk.
Please be aware that our facility prepares foods and uses ingredients in our products that contain nuts or nut oil. If you have any type of food allergy, please refrain from eating our products.
Food Allergies involve the immune system. A protein within a food, known as the allergen, triggers a reaction from the immune system. The body tries to protect itself from the allergen by producing antibodies. These antibodies cause the body to release chemicals, which produces an allergic reaction.
