4. PRIVACY
- All of the terms and conditions of the GOODJOA Privacy Policy (as defined above), which shall govern all Users of the Website.
- Registration of an GOODJOA Account. You may access most areas of the Website and purchase goods or services offered for sale by GOODJOA to you, including but not limited to through the Website (the “Products”), without registering an account with us, but certain areas and features of the Website will only be available to you if you register for an account (an “ROM AMERICA Account”). If you choose to register for an ROM AMERICA Account, you agree to complete the initial account registration process according to the requirements stated on the Website, and to provide accurate and complete information including, but not limited to, your legal name, and email address.

We have the right to disable any GOODJOA Account at any time upon any of the following events: (1) Your breach of any of the terms or conditions of this Agreement or the GOODJOA Privacy Policy or any other GOODJOA policies that govern the procurement of Products; or (2) Upon the occurrence of any other instance as set forth in the GOODJOA Privacy Policy.
- As a result of the Company exercising any other right it has to terminate this Agreement.
- PURCHASES. Food Allergies involve the immune system. A protein within a food, known as the allergen, triggers a reaction from the immune system. The body tries to protect itself from the allergen by producing antibodies. These antibodies cause the body to release chemicals, which produces an allergic reaction.
