4. PRIVACY
- All of the terms and conditions of the GOODJOA Privacy Policy (as defined above), which shall govern all Users of the Website.
- Registration of an GOODJOA Account. You may access most areas of the Website and purchase goods or services offered for sale by GOODJOA to you, including but not limited to through the Website (the “Products”), without registering an account with us, but certain areas and features of the Website will only be available to you if you register for an account (an “ROM AMERICA Account”). - PURCHASES. Please be aware that our facility prepares foods and uses ingredients in our products that contain nuts or nut oil. If you have any type of food allergy, please refrain from eating our products.
Food Allergies involve the immune system. A protein within a food, known as the allergen, triggers a reaction from the immune system.
